The Tax Stamp Forum is a new conference taking place from February 23-24, 2009 in Budapest, Hungary. It is the first event to focus on the rapidly-growing and evolving field of excise stamp production and implementation for alcohol and tobacco products, and is being organised by Reconnaissance International, publishers of Tax Stamps: a Technical Study and Market Report. According to Reconnaissance’s Tax Stamp Report, 136 billion tax stamps were produced in 2007.
